I am working as a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Pediatrics at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, New York. Before joining Albert Einstein College of Medicine, I was a postdoctoral fellow at Center for Computational and Integrative Biology, Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston, USA. I was also associated with Dept. of Molecular Biology-MGH, Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, and Harvard Medical School as a Postdoctoral Fellow. I received my Ph.D. in Computational Biology from the Indian Institute of Technology Mandi, H.P., India, in 2022. My current research focuses on metagenomics, transcriptomics, and next-generation sequencing (NGS) data analysis.
